Reminders for Meeting, on Tuesday September 6

Membership Reminders for September

Summer vacation season may be over, but let’s keep the spirit alive with the September fat quarter raffle. This month’s theme is travel/maps.  Be inspired by your favorite destinations and bring your FQ to get in on the raffle.

Wear your name tag to the meeting for more raffle fun. It’s your chance to win a half yard of lovely fabric.

Membership renewal time! A HUGE thank you to all those who mailed their renewals to Rosy during the summer! We really appreciate your helping us avoid the September rush. You may still renew by mail, and we urge you to do so.

If you plan to renew your membership at the September meeting, bring your check for $30 payable to Huntington Quilters along with your completed Membership Form (which you will find at our website). Forms will not be provided at the meeting. Computer buddies, please let your non-computer pals know so they can make arrangements to obtain a renewal form.

Notes from Programs:

September we will have an extended Show and Tell- so bring all your summer projects in to share.

Also- We would like to do a pin cushion swap, so if you want to participate, bring in a 10-12 inch piece of fabric with your name pinned onto it. We will swap names and make one for each other.  If you have a pin cushion that you have made, please bring it in to show, whether you want to do the swap or not. We will have a table of pin cushion creations on view for ideas.
