January 28th Workshop: Remember to bring in your $60 dollar check for Michelle Hiatt’s class if attending. Lunch is included! There are still a few openings in the class if interested. Signs of Autumn is the workshop, great for using up your scraps- can make a table runner or quilt, instructions will be emailed when payment is received.
January’s meeting is a “Member Show and Share”…please bring in a “first” or “favorite” quilt you’d like to show our members!
February’s meeting is Pro Bono night!

Membership News for January
Does your New Year’s Resolution involve dieting? No worries because you can indulge in any treat you want with this month’s Fat Quarter raffle. Bring a food/beverage/kitchen themed FQ to be in on a no-calorie raffle to win some FQ’s for a yummy project.
Make a New Year’s Resolution to wear your name tag to each meeting. Pick up your raffle ticket when you sign in at the meeting to have a chance to win a half-yard of new fabric.
Quinipet Retreat in April
Payment is due for the retreat! The cost is $175 and your check should be made payable to Huntington Quilters and can either be mailed to Lucie Blohm at 30 Cherry Lane, Huntington, NY 11743 or brought to the next guild meeting on Tuesday, January 3rd.
As of this minute, we are OVER-ENROLLED for this retreat. There was a glitch in the sign up lists and 32 people signed up. The list is officially CLOSED.
For the moment, I will leave it as is, but if any of you know now that you will not be able to attend, please let Lucie know.
We can only accommodate 29 people in the 2 houses (Asbury and Bobolin) unless we have three people willing to take a top bunk.
Bring in your finished HONEYBEE QUILT BLOCK for the raffle quilt to the January meeting.
